Terry Montgomery, 49, of Beaver Dam, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born March 16, 1963, in Ohio County, Ky., to the late Sammy Jones and Savannah Montgomery.

He was a member of Barnes Chapel United Methodist Church and worked at a Supervisor at Perdue Farms.
 
Survivors include a brother, Larry Rife of Beaver Dam and a sister, Darlene (Cliff) Moses of Union Springs, Ala.
 
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 26, at Barnes Chapel United Methodist Church in Beaver Dam with Rev. Mark Watson officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at Barnes Chapel United Methodist Church. William L. Danks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
