Eva “Madeline” Geary, 78, of Horse Branch, passed away Monday, July 28, 2014, in Owensboro. She was born, April 30, 1936, in Ohio County, Ky., to the late Guthrie and Josie Stewart Willoughby. She was a member of New Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Baizetown and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dallas Geary.
Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Geary Sandefur of Owensboro; two grandchildren, Troy Clinton Duncan of Owensboro and Dylan Wayne Jones of Owensboro and one great-grandson, Troy Cooper Duncan of Owensboro.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with Rev. Gerald Geary officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Horse Branch. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
