Ruthie Lee Noffsinger, 86, of Oxford, Ind., died Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at 1:02 p.m., at her home. Mrs. Noffsinger was born July 7, 1928, in Ohio County.
She was a homemaker and member of Fowler Baptist Church in Fowler, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hubert Noffsinger and son, John Corbett Noffsinger.
Survivors include her sons, Charles Thomas (Lynn) Noffsinger, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Ronnie (fiancé Roberta) Noffsinger of Boswell, Ind., and Michael (Rebecca) Noffsinger, of Harrington, Del.; daughters, Shirley Noffsinger, of Oxford, Ind., Brenda (Ken) Alexander, of Crofton, Pamela (Raul) Marin, of Boswell, Ind., and Shawna (Tim) Campbell, of Oxford, Ind.; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and brothers, Robert L. Jones and Jesse Jones, both of Kentucky.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Aug. 28, at 12 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday after 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
