AnneRichardsAnne Caulley Richards, 83, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at the Heartford House. She was born March 4, 1931, in McLean County, Ky., to the late Charles and Ella Bassett Caulley.

She was retired from the Cigar Factory/American Tobacco.

Aside from her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Glen S. Richards (1991), and a son, Michael Lynn Richards.

Surviving are her children, Patricia Richards of Hermitage, Tenn., Cheri (Dan) Kazlauskas, of Owensboro, Terry (Cynthia) Richards, of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Chris (Amy) Kazlauskas, Jeramy (Laura) Kazlauskas, Sherree (Brett) Beckwith; seven great-grandchildren, Mason, Noah, Logan, Will, Danielle, Addison, Cohen; beloved sister, Elizabeth Nowlin of Tampa, Fla.; a brother-in-law, Harrol Richards, of Deanfield, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her friend of over 60 years, Mary Hobbs, who was the best friend ever and David Scott Simmons, who was always there for her.

A private service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday at Chapel of Peace with burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Heartford House, 2914 Old Hartford Road, Owensboro, KY 42303. The family wishes to thank Heartford House for their amazing service.
