Edna Wilson Potts Vance, 93, died Tuesday, April 21, at The Forum in Louisville, Ky.
She was the daughter of the late Leo and Besse Pitcher Wilson and is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Glendon Potts, and her second husband Joseph Vance.
She is survived by daughters Glenda (George) Thacker, of Owensboro and Louisville, and Judith Martin, of Park City, Utah; and sons, James W. (Barbara) Potts and John C. (Judy) Potts, of Lexington; and grandchildren, Whitney Thacker (Joe) Arnold, Ashley Thacker (Jimmy) Welch, George (Paloma) Thacker III, Jamie Potts (Mitch) Florence, Margaret Ann Potts, and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Friday, April 24, at 10:30 a.m. at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam, Ky., and a memorial service will be Sunday, April 26, at 4 p.m. at The Forum in Louisville. William L. Danks Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
