Daphna Leibolt Moore, 83, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015, at her residence. Daphna was born Oct. 27, 1931, in Aberdeen, Ky., to the late Ralph Raymond and Alta Cannon Leibolt.
She was a member of Pathway Baptist Church of Cromwell, Ky., a 50-plus year member of Dexterville Homemakers Club and retired cook, factory worker and homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Archie J Moore and sister Alwanda Leibolt Robinson.
Daphna L. Moore is survived by four children, Brenda Felty (Randy), Roger Moore (Kay), Ralph Moore (Connie) and Rusty Moore (Angie); seven grandchildren, Pete Havens (Christy), Eric Moore (Jessica), Erin Moore, Kira Deweese (Brandon), Brittany Moore-Felty, Tiffany Moore (Cody) and Seth Moore; five great-grandchildren, Elijah and Lincoln Moore, Cody and Lucas Havens and Evan Deweese; brother-in-law, Don Robinson, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Wednesday, May 27, at 11 a.m. with Bro. Gene Garner and Bro Darryl Dockery officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, May 26, from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Wednesday, May 27, from 8 a.m. until funeral time at 11 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
