StaceyBashamStacey Wayne Basham, 44, of Beaver Dam, passed away Sept. 12, 2015, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. He was born Nov. 6, 1970, in Louisville, Ky.

Stacey was a boilermaker with Local 40, a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Beaver Dam, a member of the Hartford Masonic Lodge # 675 F&AM. Stacey loved riding his motorcycle.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Phillip Wayne Basham.

Stacey is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Angela Basham; three children, Tiffany (Chris Phelps) Basham, of Hartford, Lucas Basham, of Beaver Dam, and Shane Agee, of Hartford; one brother, Jeff (Jaime) Hicks, of Caneyville; his father- and mother-in-law, Willie “Buddy” and Nancy Pierce; his brother-in-law, Willie Troy Pierce, Jr.; and brother- and sister–in-law, Steve and Kristal Stewart. Stacey was blessed with nieces Caitlin and Alexandria Stewart, Jada Basham, Lilly and Presley Hicks; and nephew, Andrew Hicks.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Beaver Dam. The church will be open at 9 a.m. with mass at 10 a.m. and a memorial service in the basement at 11:30 a.m..

A last ride for Stacey will be after the memorial service all motorcycle riders welcome even if you don’t know Stacey. He would consider you a friend.
